Is The Online Membership Form Safe?
Your details once submitted over the internet, is encrypted with special code so it will be very difficult for unauthorised users. The information is also only sent to you and nobody else so you have full control.
Not only this, but the membership form helps you complete the form properly if for example you key letters instead of numbers for a contact telephone number.
What does single and triple membership mean?
Single Membership Explained
Single membership refers to membership of the Pancreatic Society only and is suitable for those who do not wish to be members of the EPC nor the IAP nor to receive the Pancreatology journal.
The annual fee for single membership is £30 and can only be collected by direct debit. Existing standing orders for £10 to the Pancreatic Society should be cancelled.
Triple Membership Explained
This applies to joint membership of the Pancreatic Society of Great Britain and Ireland, European Pancreatic Club and International Association of Pancreatology and also includes subscription to the journal Pancreatology.
The triple membership annual fee is Euro 150 (about £150) or Euro 55 for those under the age of 27 years (fee reduction supported by a generous grant from Solvay Healthcare.)
Triple membership is recommended to all members by the Committee of the Pancreatic Society.
An application for triple membership replaces previous subscription arrangements to the Pancreatic Society of Great Britain and Ireland, European Pancreatic Club and International Association of Pancreatology and subscription to the journal Pancreatology. Please ensure that all existing standing orders are cancelled.
I havent received my verification Email Yet
This is perfectly normal although 95% of all accounts created in testing came back instantly. The reason for delay is simply down to your email server on your service provider such as NTL or Tiscali or webemail servers such as Hotmail and Yahoo.
Another reason could be that your place of work has blocked all incoming emails. Its best to check with your employer first before registering.

Please send us an email and we will cancel your online membership immediately.

For obvious security reasons you will need to email us with your full details and contact number. We will go through a number of questions before resetting your email account.
What if I have important news for submission?
All such information must be sent via our contact form on our menu on the left side of the webpage. Please state clearly who you are, the topic of the news item and finally full details. We will then review this and decide if it should be included on the news page.
